No, you cannot go to Fairy Meadows by bike or car because the road is very steep and curvy and only locals are allowed to drive there. You can take a 4×4 Jeep Ride from Raikot Bridge to Tattu Village & then hike from there to Fairy Meadows
The hike to Fairy Meadows which starts from Tattu Village has a distance of 10-12 KM which takes almost 2-3 Hours to reach the meadows.
