By Air Tour To Fairy Meadows

Begin your journey by direct flight from Islamabad to Gilgit, a breathtaking 1-hour journey over the Karakoram and Himalayan ranges, with views of Nanga Parbat, Rakaposhi, and other towering peaks. Our driver cum tour guide will welcome you on arrival at Gilgit Airport. Depart for Raikot Bridge via luxury SUV (2.5 hours drive on Karakoram Highway). Transfer to 4×4 jeeps at Raikot Bridge for a thrilling off-road drive through pine forests, narrow ridges, and rugged trails to Tattu Village (approx. 1 hour). Begin a moderate 2.5 to 3-hour guided hike to Fairy Meadows (altitude: 3,300m). Porters and horses are available for bags (optional). Arrive at your wooden cottage or deluxe camp nestled in the alpine meadows facing majestic Nanga Parbat (8,126m), the world’s ninth-highest peak. Overnight stay in Camp/Huts.

Today, we will begin the moderate ascent along the forested ridges above Fairy Meadows, with towering cedar trees on either side and glimpses of glaciers in the distance. Wild marmots and Himalayan birds are often spotted along this route. Learn about the cultural significance of Nanga Parbat to local tribes and how the mountain got its nickname, “Killer Mountain.” Spend over an hour at the viewpoint to enjoy the spectacular view of Nanga Parbat Base Camp.  Later, we retrace your path down through the trail, taking in views you may have missed on the ascent. Arrive back at your base camp.

Early breakfast with sunrise over Nanga Parbat. Begin descent hike to Tattu Village (approx. 2 hours). Board jeeps back to Raikot Bridge (1 hour drive). Transfer to luxury SUV and drive to Gilgit city (2.5 hours). Check-in at a hotel in Gilgit.

Scenic aerial farewell. Its time to say good bye to Pakistan. After breakfast & ready to drop off as per flight schedule. End of Services
