Terms and Conditions of Our Services
The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Click Pak Tourism Services (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.
- Every member must always keep the original NIC/Passport with him/her during the whole trip.
- The member should have to report 30 minutes before departure time.
- Only 10 kg per person luggage is allowed (For guests of group tour only).
- Every member is bound to behave ethically with his/her fellow group participants.
- In case of any misbehavior by any member, the company has the right to cancel his/her trip.
- In case of a change of tour itinerary/plan after the booking confirmation, price shall affect.
- Once the price of your chosen trip has been confirmed at the time of booking, then subject to the correction of errors, we will only increase or decrease the price in the event of any change in our transportation costs or in dues, taxes or fees or in the exchange rates which have been used to calculate the cost of your trip.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not part of our contract.
- No illegal activities/Drugs/Weapons are allowed to travel with.
- Click Pakistan is very keen to take security and safety measures for participants/travelers still, each venture can be troubled by endangers of unforeseen natural disasters such as avalanches and land sliding or any other accidents, and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out, In case such type of accidents during the whole tour, the company (Click Pak Tourism Services), group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible at all.
- We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description.
- We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in quoted prices at any time before your trip is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking
- As referred to above, we may have to make changes to and correct errors in advertised and confirmed details and also cancel confirmed bookings which we must reserve the right to do. Please note, our trips may require a minimum number of participants to enable us to operate them. If the minimum number of bookings required for a particular trip has not been received, we are entitled to cancel it. We will notify you of cancellation for this reason no less than 10 days prior to departure (only for group tours)
- In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible for any case.
- In case of any inconvenient situation, the leader or tour guide has the right to decide what the best alternative is, considering the whole group’s best interests.
- I understand to abide by the rules & regulation and by-laws of the company to be enforce from time to time.
- I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of the personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall raise any compensation from the company.
- I hereby accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions provided herein. I have carefully reviewed and thoroughly understand the terms, recognizing their significance.
