Terms and Conditions of Click Pak Tourism Services
Welcome to Click Pak Tourism Services. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) outline what you are entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel-related services through our company. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Click Pak Tourism Services. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website or any other sales channel, booking a reservation through us, or otherwise using our services. These terms and conditions apply to all clients of Click Pak Tourism Services and our affiliated companies.
1. Day Tours
1.1 A booking for a day tour is confirmed when full payment is received from the client.
1.2 Upon receipt of the payment, the contract between Click Pak Tourism Services and the client will be considered binding.
2. Multi-Day Tours
2.1 For multi-day tours, a booking is confirmed when either full payment is made or a 30% deposit is received.
2.2 The remaining 70% of the fee is due before the commencement of the tour, prior to departure.
2.3 Once the deposit or full payment is received, the contract between Click Pak Tourism Services and the client becomes binding.
3. Client Responsibility
3.1 By booking with us, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms and conditions.
3.2 You also confirm that you meet all conditions set by Click Pak Tourism Services and are physically capable of participating in the activities planned for you.
3.3 Parents and legal guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their dependents. Children (under 18 years) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
4. Our Liability & Compensation
4.1 Click Pak Tourism Services accepts liability for negligence by its employees causing direct physical injury only as required by Pakistani law.
4.2 We are not responsible for any mishaps to yourself or your property, including consequences of flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, vehicle accidents, strikes, sickness, government decisions, customs issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
4.3 By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that we have taken reasonable steps to limit our liability in these respects.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 The advance deposit for multi-day tours, packages, and group tours is non-refundable. This deposit covers costs associated with canceling reservations, including third-party reservations and payment processing fees.
5.2 The originally booked number of tour days cannot be canceled but may be extended.
5.3 If Click Pak Tourism Services cancels the booking, the cancellation fee does not apply.
5.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
6. Changes and Cancellations by Click Pak Tourism Services
6.1 Before entering into a contract with us, we reserve the right to change any facilities or services listed.
6.2 We also reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather conditions or other factors.
6.3 Any changes are generally minor, and we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of a major change (e.g., change in departure time), we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible before your tour begins.
6.4 If a major change or cancellation occurs, you may choose to accept the new arrangements, book another available tour with us, or cancel your tour subject to the conditions in Clause 5.
7. Change Fees
7.1 We recommend finalizing the itinerary to avoid delays and complications.
7.2 If you request a change to a confirmed itinerary, Click Pak Tourism Services will apply change fees.
7.3 Extensions to the number of tour days initially booked can be requested and will be charged accordingly.
